Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy:

• Products, along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange based on their current market value, with deductions for making charges, taxes, and a ₹1,000 processing fee.
• If a discount or gift was received during purchase, the original discount amount or gift value will be deducted.

Lifetime Exchange:

• After deductions, the exchanged product's value will be credited to your KOKI account for future purchases. This value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back:

• The buy-back value will be paid via online bank transfer within 15 business days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery altered by anyone other than KOKI will not be accepted for buy-back. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the product's value, with justification provided.

Determination of Value for Exchange or Buy-Back:

Notes:

• Loss of the original product certificate results in a ₹1,500 deduction.
• Original invoice and certificate must be provided for exchange/buy-back.
• Products purchased from stores other than KOKI stores are not eligible for exchange/buy-back.
• Exchange & Buy-back is not applicable on Pearl & Colored Stones.
• For products purchased through the EMI system, an amount equivalent to unpaid EMI will be deducted.

Shipping and Insurance:

• The customer bears return shipping. A ₹1,000 or actual delivery charge (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

Changes in Policies:

KOKI reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website. Any material changes will be made, and a notification will be sent here that the policies have been updated.
